daily intake
breakfast: bacon and egg mcmuffin (UGH)
lunch: small pepperoni pizza (UGH)
afternoon tea: hot chocolate + chocolate slice
dinner: pork chops + roasted vegetables

well i walked 2km this morning um that’s about all

 i didn’t weigh myself this morning because i had a mega big dinner last night and i know i’d weigh more than normal lol so i think i might just weigh myself once a week

so far so shit i have no self controoooool
